Many users have been receiving this error message for the past few days. You are probably receiving this message because facebook is working on the database that your account is stored on. Clearing your cache and cookies
Sometimes your Internet browser may be the cause of the problems you experience on Facebook. To fix your problem, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Please follow the instructions below.

- Click "Tools," then "Internet Options."
- On the General tab, in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
- Select "Delete Cookies."
- Click "Close."
- "Quit" the browser.
- Click "Tools," then "Delete Browsing History."
- In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click on "Delete Files" and select "Yes."
- In the "Cookies" section, click on "Delete Cookies" and select "Yes."
- Click "Close."
- "Quit" the browser.
- On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click "Internet Options."
- The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.
- On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click the "Delete…" button.
- In the "Delete Browsing History" window that comes up, make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click the "Delete" button and restart the browser.
- Open Safari.
- Select "Empty Cache."
- Click "Empty" on the "Are you sure?" message.
- Select "Preferences," then the Security tab, "Show Cookies," "Remove All."
- Click "Tools" and select "Clear Private Data."
- Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on "Clear Private Data Now."
- Exit and relaunch browser.
- Click "Tools" and select "Clear Recent History."
- Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
- Click on "Clear Now."
- Exit and relaunch browser.
- Click the "Chrome" category and select "Clear Browsing Data."
- Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data" are selected.
- Click on "Clear browsing data."
- Exit and relaunch the browser.
- Click the "wrench" icon in the top right-hand corner and select "Options."
- In the "Under the Hood" tab, click the "Clear browsing data..." button.
- Make sure that "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site data" are selected.
- Click on "Clear browsing data."
- Exit and relaunch the browser.
