The Word Feud Android App by hbwares is a multiplayer scrabble game for the Android platform. The first time you play this game you will need to create an account. You can play either against a friend or a random opponent. The app has notification features so you can choose to be alerted when it’s your turn to make a move. There are small icons next to each of your opponent’s names that will tell you if it’s your turn or their turn and how long it has been since either you or them took your turn.
Moving the pieces is very easy, simply select a piece and drag and drop it where you want it to go. The buttons on the bottom of the screen include the Pass, Shuffle and Swap buttons for the tiles. Next to these buttons you can see the game stats which include both player’s scores and the amount of tiles that are left in the game. Once you place your tiles on the board new buttons will appear on the bottom of the screen in place of the Pass and Shuffle buttons and they are the Play and Clear buttons. They will change back as you need them.
Overall, this is a great scrabble game with nice graphics and an excellent multiplayer feature. At the time of this review the ad free version is $3.28. Thumbs Up.
