smartphone will have to wait a little bit more as Micromax has delayed
retail availability of the smartphone. “Micromax Canvas HD A116 will
be available in the market in next 20 days. The delay in availability is
because of logistic issue,” said a spokesperson to The Mobile
Indian. Meanwhile, customers have started to complain about the
availability of the dual core Canvas 2 smartphone. Also, many buyers
have reported that the retail price of Canvas 2 smartphone has been
increased to Rs 12,000 from Rs 9,999.
Micromax A116 Canvas HD comes with a 12.7-cm (5-inch) IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and runs Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean operating system, making it Micromax's first Jelly Bean-based smartphone in the country.
